We want to have a successful longstanding working relationship with you so that we are both fulfilled by our arrangement. These simple terms reflect that:

> If you have any questions relating to our T&Cs please call or email us prior to proceeding with our cleaning services.
> When making your first booking with us you will be provided with a full copy of our company terms and conditions via email.
> We agree to provide reliable, insured experienced and vetted housekeeping cleaners to meet the high standards expected.

We will always provide a prompt reply service to issues, complaints or general questions you may have.
> We will do everything to find a suitable last minute replacement in the rare circumstances that your cleaner is unwell/unsuitable.
> We will refund any fees due to you immediately if we are unable to find a replacement for your cleaner.
> The Client must ensure that all materials are in stock and are safe to be used and equipment is in full working order.

We will comply within the terms of the law at all times to ensure we deliver a first class, high quality cleaning service.
Our Prices
Prices and fees are agreed between House Proud Hotels and you the client at the point of booking. The fee will not change without prior written notice of one month. There are no additional fees over and above the rate agreed.
The client understands that the price quoted is for labour only, agrees to provide clear work requests and ensures payment for services are made on time.
Cleaning Products and Equipment
So we can maintain high standards of cleanliness we ask that our clients provide their own cleaning materials and equipment, all of which will remain on your property and under your control. If you require us to supply cleaning equipment and products, a full price list will be provided for your perusal.
Payment
House Proud Hotels invoice as per contracted cleaning hours worked and not by completed cleaning job unless otherwise agreed. This makes it easier to budget for the cleaning service you receive and we can tailor your cleaning requirements accordingly.
