We are specialists in hotel room cleaning, spa cleaning, office cleaning and serviced apartment cleaning and we understand that many hoteliers and serviced apartment owners have their own specific cleaning priorities. Our Process

1. Requirement questionnaire

We'll ask you to complete our brief client questionnaire so we can tailor our service to your needs and expectations. This approach eradicates any miscommunication and produces clear objectives.


2. Assessing the site

We'll complete a site survey - to ensure that only the actual cleaning area is measured and you don't pay for the cleaning of dead or unused space.

3. Looking after the surfaces

We'll make a note of the surfaces in each area so we can develop a specific cleaning procedure schedule for each surface type, lowering the cost of ownership by extending the useful life of every surface and item in the premises.


4. Review and improve

We fully understand that flexibility is key, so we'll arrange a review and improve audit so all of your cleaning procedures are regularly updated according to your changing business needs.

Quotation and Pricing

We pride ourselves on providing competitive cleaning rates; we want to make it work for both you and us. Our pricing is generally based on an hourly rate, however, clean time per room can be fixed and would be part of the consultation process. 


Our consultation and quotation will be thorough and clear with no hidden conditions. Once we have made contact, and following a visit to determine your exact requirements and timescale, we will then provide a clear quotation detailing the services and commitment we will provide and the cost to you.
