The House Proud Hotels cleaning team have worked closely together for many years, so we know how to deliver the most efficient cleaning service to the very highest standard.
Our experienced team
The team is made up of reliable and trustworthy housekeeping professionals who have been employed directly by ourselves and trained to our standards as well as being comprehensively insured.
As direct employees we have our own terms and conditions of employment including security and confidentiality, providing added peace of mind to yourselves.
Meet Martin
Martin Wicks managed hotels for both private and corporate companies for many years before progressing into senior regional management. In 2004, he started up his own company in Yorkshire which quickly grew into five luxury hotels with spas and restaurants.
Over the years, Martin experimented with outsourcing various functions for ease, economy and flexibility, but as his hotels grew and developed he recognised that he had the quality of people and the right procedures in place to employ cleaning teams across his own hotels.
House Proud Hotels was created to provide consistent standards of housekeeping with a quality service, a loyal team and a sense of purpose and achievement.

Our team of housekeepers, supervisors and managers are all employed by us to clean our own hotels, spas, offices and restaurants so we know what it takes to meet and exceed our clients' expectations.
Team services we offer include:
> Managers and supervisors assigned to constantly check and monitor each cleaner and regularly spot check the quality of work.
> A highly trained and fully reference checked team, with additional DBS checks performed if required for your environment.
> We provide all our direct numbers for your peace of mind, making it as easy as possible for our clients to contact us if they need to change their schedule.
> Each client will be assigned a local supervisor providing cover and regular quality assurance checks which we will share with you.
> We can provide sickness and holiday cover and have full Public and Employee Liability Insurance.
> Provision of our own products and equipment, and ability to provide consumables if required.
> Fully documented health and safety policy, COSSH compliance and risk assessments.
> Staff uniforms and PPE will be worn at all times to ensure maximum safety to your business.
